Connecting akin and Zendesk
Step 1: Go to your Zendesk account. Click on one of your tickets that need to be answered.
Step 2: Click on the little akin logo at the bottom of the ticket.
Step 3: Wait 5-10 sec. Review the answer the AI agent drafted for you and click send.
